ah, another large detailed panel, for the third page in a row, because i do in fact hate myself and enjoy torture ;_; anyway! welcome to the war room, populated with all julianna’s top advisors in every field across delphi, ranging from various levels within her own military complex to officials of the delphi police to the highest ranking members of the delphi church. all come together once a month to discuss the country’s security affairs. lately though, with the encalian threats on the border and the flight causing havoc in the mainland, they have begun meeting more often, much to the chagrin of the advisors who must travel to orion from elsewhere in the delphi territory

The detail on this panel is *STUNNING* :O Your artistic talent is truly amazing. My God, Nika! All the different people, their unique expressions and facial and body details… I have studied this page a dozen times this morning. I love and appreciate the diversity with which you fill Delphi. Again, true talent. I am humbled (and delighted!).
